@merchantbricks you want the short answer or the long answer ? Short one: open up the order(s), click 'more actions', select 'cancel' and proceed. Long one: well, that actually starts with a question: what kind of payment methods are involved? Paypal? If you're running into issues with instant payment, then it may be related to the fact you *may* have a 'private' account in stead of a 'business' account > upgrade your PP account. Other payment methods > make sure they work correctly. If the reasons for non payment are clearly on 'buyers' side, then besides a simple cancel, there might be more actions to be taken, like a 'report an issue' (in the same tab as the 'cancel' option), buyer did not pay... This will help other sellers when they get orders from the same buyer, as those sellers will be able to see the amount of 'non payments' Anyway, you need to give us a little more 'background' for a more conveniant 'advise', case by case ;-)
