Well, I sent you a screenshot, but then I figured out my problem. I hadn't clicked the confirmation in Step 4. I thought there were only three steps.

From a user experience point of view, it might be a good idea to have all four steps listed the entire time so that people know it's a 4-step process. You could just put under the steps with dependencies, "Complete Step X first."

Glad you managed to work it out, was just about to respond. It is a four step process if orders have been placed on BO, otherwise it is a two-step process.
