How can i cancel an order at the buyers request?

I have had an order come through, however within a few hours the buyer wants to cancel, how do i do this to reinstate all the inventory that they have bought back to stock?

Go to the order, click 'More Actions'.

Thats Bricklink, there doesnt appear to be any way of the sellar cancelling an order to reinstate the inventry and claim back my selling fees?

(1) Go here: http://www.brickowl.com/mystore/orders/history
(2) Click on the order in question
(3) Click 'More Actions'
(4) Click 'Cancel'
(5) Review the form, including ensuring all items being put back into stock are correct
(6) Click 'Submit'
