Sorting Items in an Order

I'm trying to figure out how to sort my orders. My inventory is in Condition, Category, Description order. However, when I try to sort, I click the Condition column, and then select Category/Name (ID) Color/Note, I get the below results. When I select Category/ID Name Color/Note, I get the same results.

I don't know why it's splitting up the Bionicle category. This is just a small order, but this could turn into a big time sink on larger orders.

Any insights would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need to click on the condition column, hold down the shift key, and then click on the name column in the middle. There is a little note about how to do it just above the table.

Thanks, but that doesn't work. Category and Name are in the dropdown list, not a clickable header. Holding shift when I make my selection from that list doesn't make any difference. The Bionicle category is still split up.

Click a little to the right of the drop down list and that should do it, in the area around it.

I see now. I thought the arrows next to the list box were for the Note column. Thanks for the clarification.
