How to include shipping for quote.

I have sent a quote to my customer. He has accepted the shipping cost. How do I add the shipping cost to the price of the set?

The customer says there is a place to add shipping costs but it is telling him "invalid API" Have I done something wrong?

This is what he says is happening. Have I set up the CC payment wrong?
"But in the end when i enter my card details and everything then press checkout. It says invalid API. "

When a buyer requests and then you send a quote, the shipping cost is automatically added to the cart. Sounds to me like you've entered your API details incorrectly (or perhaps they've expired?). Could also be a BO error.

Check your payment gateway details are correct, and if they are, email brickowl.com to see if the error is on BO's side.

This is my problem! I am rather computer challenged. I guess I need help setting up the API for CC.

Is it Stripe we're talking about? If so, assuming you're registered, clicking this link should take you to the necessary API key:

https://manage.stripe.com/account/apikeys

Copy the third key and then go here and click on Stripe:

http://www.brickowl.com/mystore/settings/payment_methods

Paste the key where it says Stripe Secret Key (or something like that). Make sure there are no spaces or anything before or after.

That should work and if it doesn't then it might mean there's a BO issue.

Yes, it is Stripe. I just followed your instructions. It has a message at the top that says this API key does not look correct" Please make sure you have selected the correct key!

You're copying across the "Live Publishable Key"? Try copying it into Notepad first to ensure there's nothing weird going on, then copy from there into BO. If this still doesn't work then I can only assume it's a BO problem - try emailing the helpdesk for advice.
