Member notes

Would it be possible to have personal notes on members. I like on BL that I can put little notes on customers and so next time they buy from me I have a way to remind myself of any idiosyncrasies. Oh and is it just me or is the forum page a little broken?

    On the same lines as member notes, would it be possible to be able to add a personal note on an order in the orders summary screen.

    For example - I have just issued a partial p&p refund through Stripe and I wanted to add a note against the order to remind me which order it was as it does not link back to the original order automatically. (I know you were going to integrate automatic Stripe refunds in the future)
