I'm guessing there's a good reason why. Have done it myself a few times, I always contact the buyer if I do. @Lawrence Does clicking back to 'Payment Submitted' cause any problems? I guess you can then click on 'Payment Received' manually? and then on to 'Processing'
Different statuses have different statuses they can be reversed to. An order that's marked shipped can't be reversed as irreversible things like sending the shipment email or capturing payment have already happened.
