How do I cancel a quote?

I received a request for a quote from a buyer in a country I do not ship to. I messaged the buyer to let them know, but now I can't find a way to cancel or close out the quote so it doesn't keep showing up as a new/pending/open item. Is there any way to do this? I would think this to be a very basic, and much needed feature for sellers. Did I miss seeing it somehow? Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • I'm afraid it's not currently possible to "reject" a quote. You can update your quote shipping method to only include countries that you want to ship to
  • Thank you, Lawrence. I appreciate your prompt response. I had updated the countries in the past but I must have done something wrong because now all of them are highlighted. I've made the changes once again.

    Will you be adding the ability to cancel out a quote in the future? Seeing an open item on the top right hand corner of my screen is rather misleading since it leads me to believe I have a new or outstanding order.
