Missing Order

I have a missing order, paypal claim just opened up but I can't see the order it relates to the number is 8166078 according to the email. I missed it not linking on my spreadsheet

in the top blue bar, select 'orders' and copy paste the number there then 'search', it should allow you to find the order.

Tried that it does not exist at my end It shows as payment received at customers end but nothing here
