post issue. could you subdivide big Countries?
I speak regarding the USA, however it may be the same for Canada and Australia.
We are a large country, and post rates vary widely dependent on distance, when using priority mail/parcel post (which you have to on package over 13oz)
At the moment I have only included the "flat rate" methods - which means that customers close to me are being overcharged.
One solution would be to have a drop down box of the individual states under USA. Then I/We/You could set up shipping methods by State(s)
To make matters worse (for us here in US) is that USPS have now subdivided price bands for Canada as well.
This may also help with previous mentioned "tax issue"
