BrickOwl is home to a collection of different sellers, a bit like Ebay and Amazon Marketplace if you like, but purely for Lego. Some sellers are businesses while others are personal sellers.
You can shop in various ways.
(1) It's sometimes helpful to start with a store that's local to you or at least in the same country. This can help keep shipping costs to a minimum and may also give you some extra legal protection if something goes wrong, particularly if you're buying from a business. Click on 'Stores' above.
(2) Create a 'Wishlist' (option above) and add the items you need/want to it. You can then ask the wishlist to find you a seller that has all the pieces you need. Sometimes you may need to order from more than one seller.
(3) Search or browse for the items/sets you're interested in, and you'll be given a list of which sellers currently have those items in stock and at what cost.
It takes a little getting used to but once you know your way around you'll be fine. Some buyers have made thousands of purchases. If you need any advice about anything specific, feel free to ask.
