Hi!

I got an automated BrickOwl email that I was getting a $6 refund (due to a shipping overcharge), but it never came through Paypal. Order # is 1031672.

@catbricks The refund e-mail is separate to the seller actually refunding payment. Please contact the seller and ask them to refund your payment.

I also have had a cases were buyers have paid for small packet shipping when their orders will ship at the cheaper large letter rate , On the refund page how can i just refund the excessive shipping ? I find the layout confusing , Can someone show me a screenshot ? thx jc

@Admin, is this broken or designed? When you refund in BO does it actually send a refund transaction to the PayPal API? It's really unclear that "refund" doesn't actually refund. If that's the case, how can I find all of my BO refunds so I can fix them in PayPal?

@DadsAFOL, seems to be implemented like that, or rather not yet implemented: http://brickowl.com/forum#/discussion/533/order-refund. I agree it's totally unclear as it is right now.

This is by design, there is a statement about this at the top of the refund form, I have also now restated this in the message that is shown after you do the refund. There isn't a way to see which orders you have refunded, but if you e-mail me I can look it up in the database for you. I apologise for the confusion.
