PayPal (For Business Accounts) -- credit cards

Is this method set up so that people can pay with their credit card without having a paypal account?

I know this works in the non automated way I use the account. I had a request come through that was not followed up on and I am not sure if they could not purchase because of some limitation here or just decided not too.

Yes, I just checked it on your store, although I have previously found trying to get people to use that is often unsuccessful. They see the PayPal banner and are put off.
