Shipping quotes on mobile phones

Is anyone else having issues quoting shipping charges on their mobile phones? When I hit the butting to enter quote, I get and error message that I entered incorrect symbols. Thanks!

I entered one on my mobile today with no problems. Android/Chrome

Thanks bluedragon! I used Goole and no issues. Safari was causing the problems I am guessing. Have a great day!

Have experienced with Edge also (not on a mobile phone). Anecdotally seems to be a browser compatibility issue. Not easily repeatable though.
