No options for payment in cart.

I had a customer that wanted to place an order and doesn't have an option on how to pay in his cart. Any ideas on that? Under the payment information, it reads "Unfortunately this store does not have the available payment methods set up that apply to your cart." I only take Paypal in my store. Could that have something to do with it? First time i have had a customer have issues like this. Thanks!

Make sure the customer's country is highlighted in the list on the PayPal settings page, and that the order total doesn't fall outside the minimum/maximum you've set.

Check all limitations for your Paypal shipping method: the countries allowed, payment minimum and maximum, etc.
