Rejected contributions

I am currently in the process of adding parts dimensions since they have a huge impact on the shipping costs from Canada. If any of the sizes I submit are rejected then I would like to know at least which item is affected so I can either try again or remove the item from my store. This could be either an email or message when the contribution is rejected or a link from the catalog contributions page. It could be that this is already in place since all the sizes I have submitted have been accepted.

Done. A reason is required when a submission is rejected. An e-mail is then sent to the submitter.
