Problems with Order combining fee being applied.

Its very rare when I get a combined order, but today it didn't apply the additional fee. Anyone else have an issue with this lately?

    If the buyer changed the shipping method to a less expensive one, then it won't charge the fee. It has happened to me also.

    I feel that a customer who wants to combine orders shouldn't be allowed to choose a different shipping method than the original one. Maybe Lawrence will change this.

    I had 2 combined orders yesterday without any problems.
    Does sound like changing from one shipping method to another.
