Free shipping coupon

I don't know if this already exists, but it would be nice to be able to issue a coupon for free shipping. Now buyers can request a quote or I can give them a coupon but then I need to know beforehand how much the shipping will be ... so not really practical.

Done, when a user applies the coupon, a new free shipping method appears and that is the only method they can choose. They can then checkout as normal.
