I just received my first order here and everything looks great so far but the total amount was for less than $6.00 and I have a micro payment Paypal account set up so shouldn't the payment have gone to it instead of my main account?

You probably need to setup the minimum and maximum payment threshold on each payment method so that micro-payments is only available for smaller transactions, and the normal one is only available for bigger transactions.
