I have a buyer who's accidentally ordered twice the amount of an item and asked me if I could remove half from the order. Is this possible? I couldn't find any options except cancel the entire order.
@Sarbaek Open the order, on top of screen select 'More actions', select 'refund', it will mark the entire order to be refunded. Right above 'quantities' (see 'quantity to refund'), press 'set to zero' (all will be set to zero), then edit only the item line you wanna edit, scroll to bottom, remove shippingcost (= set to zero), then press 'update totals' and check whether the amount for refund is correct and matches your intention. Write a comment, then press 'submit refund'. If your buyer already paid the order with Paypal, the removed items will automaticly be refunded trough the API (make sure you have the balance in your PP account, in the currency in which you received the payment). If the buyer hasn't paid yet, then they just need to send the new 'order total'.

Hope this helps :-)
