The danish pronounciation of LEGO is leh-go. I think you might have it confused the with the words "Leg godt" where the word "Leg" is indeed pronounced "ley".
With regards to Ninjago, I have no clue. I do know however that it was my youngest sons first word . He might have been heavily influenced by his older brother :P
We've always said nin-JAH-go like the cartoon. Whenever you hear ninja-GO it seems to be their war cry. So both seem to be correct, depending on the setting. Kind of like the Canadian 'process'.
