Payment of Affiliates' Fees and Brick Owl Fees

Apologies if this is already out there...just wondering if someone could let me know when/how affiliates fees should be paid? I've had a couple of sales that have come through affiliates now and I was wondering what I need to do.
Also, with the Brick Owl fees (although I think I have a little way to go yet!), do we get an email or a notice on the site letting us know our fees are due?
