upgrading to business paypal account

i received a message from brickowl asking me to upgrade from a paypal personal account to a paypal business account. when i tried to make the change i had difficulty. i am asked for the API username, password, and API signature. How can i get that information ? i called paypal customer service and was told i already have a business account and they were not able to provide any further help. I am not the most techie guy around so simple instructions would be appreciated. thanks, scotty

On the page that asks for that information, there is a button that says "Get credentials from Paypal", you can go ahead and push that button to get the information
