why is price per piece and shipping fees cheaper from europe countries than my neighbor united states?

That's the USPS rates, and that's not the fault of any U.S. based seller.
The shipping rates from the U.S. to Canada are fairly good for larger orders (a few kilograms, low volume), but it's not really a good option for small orders.

But if you select small parts and I can pack them right, I'll only charge $2-$4.
