Pay Pal "unconfirmed address"?
I set up a new account for BrickOwl transactions, until just now payments have been held - annoying but understandable, with what's been happening on eBay!
Each payment received I got message "You received a payment - Ship now" and then I got a PayPal ship to address, which I check against Brick Owl.
The hold on my account has been lifted and I now get standard message "Notification of payment received" but each time there is no ship to address under "buyer" and seller protection shows as "Not Elligible"
any ideas why?
