Need to move status backwards

We had an order that we pulled and it got marked as processed. Unfortunately upon final review we were missing something that we are trying to track down. I want to move it from processed back to processing until we resolve it, but its apparently not allowed.

  • Okay, you can now move it backwards as long as you have not marked it as shipped. Once it is marked as shipped, a shipment e-mail is sent and a few other things change on the order such as capturing payment if a credit card was used.
