@fgw0184 I'm sensing you are having an issue with a seller somehow, can you explain the situation a bit further? Any seller is obliged to proceed with orders, so if a seller is backing out of something, it might require the Brickowl administration to have a look at the details of the transaction, and maybe at the store in question as well.
Just for the record: A lot of stores here are very serious about selling LEGO, so don't let the situation be a total spoiler for you, plenty of shops around ;-)

You can a report a problem with an order if you think a seller's behavior requires the attention of a BrickOwl administrator.
