I have always treated them the same as I can't tell any difference in them - even with glasses

Yes. They should be separated to match the LEGO database but buy from the lower priced lot and sell in the higher priced lot. :-)

According to research done (not by me), there is a difference in the curve from the outside towards the arch. But it's hard to tell with the naked eye, you'll need a good magnifying glass or mircroscope, preferably with a gridded view. I think it's fine if you list as either one :P
