How do i cancel an order when customer has asked to cancel after shipping quote has been received

Go to the order, click more actions and do it from there. Remember to return items to stock using that page before submitting the refund.

Already an order or only the quote?
For the quote it will be removed automatic after 30 days (I think)
So you can't do nothing, the buyer can delete his cart.

If it's just a quote (and not an order yet) and the potential buyer doesn't wanna proceed, the potential buyer can also simply empty his/her cart, it cancels the quote right away, as the cart is gone.
