Already an order or only the quote? For the quote it will be removed automatic after 30 days (I think) So you can't do nothing, the buyer can delete his cart.
@terryswebsales @elias3 If it's just a quote (and not an order yet) and the potential buyer doesn't wanna proceed, the potential buyer can also simply empty his/her cart, it cancels the quote right away, as the cart is gone.
