How do I delete shipping method(s)?

I have created a load that I need to delete, as they have unchangeable errors - I created new ones to get round that.

Yeah me too. As well as payment methods. One can only disable them, not delete.

For now, just disable them. I leave deleting stuff till later as it's a hassle to work out all the possible issues that would be caused by things linking to the deleted thing.
