Bulk amount not always working

I use BrickStock to sync BL BO store inventories with BO being the recipient of the uploaded inventory file.

I have noticed over the last few weeks/couple of months that for the odd part the customer on BO has been able to buy parts without meeting the bulk quantity restriction that is set (eg they buy 3 of a part even when in BL the bulk qty is set to 10).

Are newer parts added on BL not being synced to BO correctly now (I recall some discussion in the past about possibly having to break some link) or is there a reason for this apparent anomaly.

Any info appreciated.

This isn't a BO issue but an issue with the software you use to synchronize inventories.
