I find that it's becoming difficult to set prices accurately using the Current Average, due to newer stores with very high prices. I just switched to using the 1 Year Average, which is OK for now. But what happens when the high priced sellers have been here for a year? It becomes difficult again.

Perhaps the tool for updating prices could be changed to ignore the highest and lowest prices and calculate the average based on the remaining ones. Anyone have thoughts on this?

    The 1 Year average is the sale price average during the past year, which should be a fairly reasonable guide.

    The Current average is just the average of all parts being listed, which can be anything at all. I wouldn't rely on that figure too much!
