Recently I had a customer place an order for 135 lots. He had an issue where the entire cart ordered was lost. He needed to go through the entire process again. He requested a shipping quote where he was quoted 13.00 for priority mail. Once he received his quote he went to the cart and it was emptied. He tried his home computer and his friends computer and was unable to retrieve the quoted order to purchase. In the end he had to research all the parts and reorder and request a new quote. My suggestion is that when I quote is submitted that it be saved somewhere on the site for a period of time to prevent lost of this information.

I have asked them to try again after this fix, but if it still does not work is there any way you can force it back into their cart? I don't think they really want to enter all those lots again and I don't want to lose the order!
