offcourse... 70% identified in less then 5 minutes (clearly recognisable for me being a bit of a minifig specialist in the mean while)

I don't know how brick owl work. Do they have a seller protection policy in place like amazon and ebay does. I never paid attention 1 bit the other 3 times as to who was answering the question. What kind of commission fees are charged on here?

not really! I can go through the catalog on here and still identify them for my self any time, like I do with most of them. Just have trouble finding a few sometimes. Im just trying to earn a living for my family buying and selling online while taking care of my kids at the same time while working from home.

Something more along the lines of "Sorry for that. I do appreciate your help for sure!" would probably be more appropriate.
