Lifetime Sales vs Turnover

My lifetime sales show a different number than my turnover ... In the figures overview Items and Shipping add up to the Turnover amount but this is lower than the Lifetime Sales at the top of the page. How comes?

One of them is lifetime, the other is 30 days. It is probably clearer now
