How to cancel an order?

I can't find it on the site how to cancel an order, also I don't know how to delete old messages.

    To cancel an order you need to open the order and then click on 'More Actions' towards the top right. It's not possible to delete old messages, but you can click on 'response not necessary' to stop it showing that an action is required.
