will sellers please put who you are in your packaging (or on it) i have just received a number of packages and only one had an address on the back from Belgium all the rest nothing . i like the sellers the put the breakdown sheet in with the package. i must have about a 1000 items hear trying to work backwards, so if you dont get feedback you know why ,havnt a clue who you are, sorry about the rant

    I always have my address on the outer packaging as a bare minimum, and I prefer to include the checklist/invoice inside as well, though sometimes the order is so close to the maximum for the weight band this isn't always possible. I recently bought some lightweight A5 paper to help with this though :)

    yes i have downgraded to 80g paper to keep the weight down on instruction booklets

    You should try a 1000 item order from me jimbo23uk, I think you'll be pleased! ;-)
    As a seller and a buyer I also like to see the picking list. Yes I can use a tablet to check, but prefer paper to cross off items.
    Yes it's a waste of paper but I think most of the UK and other countries recycle their paper.

    I agree Hoddie, there's been a couple of times where I just couldn't add a picking list without it costing me more. I've since adjusted my weight bands a little. I've also trimmed the paper down before and printed 2 pages per sheet just to keep the weight down.

    Hi, most of the times I will include the picking list.
    Also I put the order number and return address on the package.

    But sometimes it is close to the weight limit or if the shipping cost become cheaper,
    I will leave it out and email the customer about this.

    Small tip : while placing an order, put in the comment box,that you want the packing slip included !!
    this really works well for me as customer but also as seller !
