User/custom property (or two) for stores

Newbie question: is there some way to flag (for sort purposes later) a store that I would like to consider for repeat business? While matching availability is the more important criterion there are too many stores where the limited payment options cause me to abandon the shopping cart. To avoid the "it is deja vu all over again" syndrome, I would like to have a flag (or two) for a store that perhaps may not support my preferred payment method. Of course, the flag can be used for other sort purposes too.

If you go onto a users profile, for example the store owner, you can store notes against the member. These notes will show up in the sidebar when you are browsing around a store
