Very cool feature! But some of the filters apply to everything ... like lip color gives me sets as a results? As a matter of fact all minifig related stuff has to be filled in for everything?

Also selecting a category from the huuuuuge drop down box is quite difficult.

I guess for those datatypes I maybe need to add another option of "Not set" to differentiate from "N/A". For now, filter the list by category to get the items that it probably applies to.

For the category, maybe some kind of auto complete or something would be suitable? Or maybe a scrollable box like we have for the country filters on shipping methods.

@category: I think search is the best option, auto-complete presumes you know what the start of the category is.

What you mean by search, have a search box, and it show you the results of a category search in the item edit page?

Yes. That way I could just start typing and it shows me the results, or it could even update the drop down list to only list the matches, whatever is easiest to implement!

Okay, there is now a very nice select thingy. It's a bit slow to open, hopefully it is not unusable. I can do with it later by making it access data on the server instead of in the browser.

I set some categories but those are still listed as not set on the 'holes' page although they were approved?

They will disappear in under an hour when the search is next reindexed.

Could you move the N/A's in the database to "not set"? This way we can start setting those N/A's to what they really mean.

Brick 1x2 has all relevant data filled but shows up in the catalog holes.

Oh, I see, nobody set the facial expression on it.

???

Probably why there's 50 pages (or more) of holey parts.

Another note, when I filter for parts missing "length", that 1x2 brick still shows up even though it has had a length dimension for quite some time.

I think I will say take the page as it is, use it to help you find items that need information, rather than as an absolute list.

@admin: well I would like to take it as is, but like it is now, it's very difficult to help you fill these holes ...

Another small issue: when editing the category for a packaging the category is not there. See here:

For now, edit the set, when I build it, packaging and instructions will take the category from the set, it is not built at the moment.
