Checkout problem?

I have just entered loads of data into many shipping methods to cover all the many USPS zones.

I tried out a test by buying from my own store, went to check out screen; - the only option was "request a quote"

I am going to guess its because my weight bands are in imperial, but the cart weight is metric and it is seeing a weight of 2101.51g reading it as being 2101.51oz?

Would the solution be to switch back to metric now that all the data is in?

OR is it something else?

This is what it says on screen :-

"Unfortunately this store does not have any available shipping methods set up that apply to your order. You may want to try contacting them

Your order weight is 2101.51g, the subtotal is US $1049.12 and the shipping country is United States"

Taking a quick look at your shipping methods, you have a lot of them, but do any of them not have a maximum limit of $500?
