An issue has been reported

Question about an order:

- Shipping address differs from paypal address
- Shipped to Paypal address (because I didn't even see the difference in addresses, and because I have to)
- Order is marked as received by buyer
- "Order not arrived issue" had been reported saying something in I think Spanish about wrong shipment address

The question (I think this is the second time this happened to me): How does this ONR report affect my shop? Is it visible somewhere to my customers?

No, only to me. Orders should be shipped to the shipping address the customer specifies during checkout. If this is an issue for payment protection you should discuss the situation with the customer prior to shipment.
