Is there a way to force a quote
When you have postal bands set up. Is there a way to over-ride these for individual customers so as to force a quote.
Long story short, I have an unauthorised use chargeback started on my account for an order marked as received and with fb left by buyer. Also have a more recent order by the same buyer, also marked as received. I have temp blocked the buyer concerned while I attempt to sort this out. But the question is, can you force a quote from an individual so as to force insurance/tracking on certain orders ?

I dont want to name the buyer in the forum, this is not the place, but i have an exact situation a few weeks ago, so if its the same buyer we need to make a report to BO Admin in my opinion.

Thankfully this issue has been resolved .
I think I will still post a suggestion with regard to the forced quote
