Free shipping at specific price question
Hi, so I would like to offer free domestic shipping on domestic orders over $30 like I do somewhere else. I set up a shipping method with a minimum purchase to allow it. is that all I have to do, also I would like to offer reduced shipping to international buyers after a certain amount. would I do that the same way but have to add bands for each weight increment.

Although I wouldn't call that shipping method "Domestic orders over $30 in the USA", give it a name like "Free shipping over $30" instead.
