USPS Price bands

The US has several price zones, which does not appear to be "in" the system.

I have added USPS Priority at the 2nd highest rate (domestic), with a statement that any overcharge will be refunded (I will be out of pocket to Alaska and Hawaii)

Any chance price bands could be integrated in the "normal custom method" perhaps - which I had to use as Priority Mail and Priority Mail International are not in the menu?

Unless you could add USPS Priority services AND price bands in all USPS options?

I was able to add USPS Priority International by selecting countries in 4 price bands I created as 4 seperate shipping methods
(out of USPS 17 international bands!)

The USPS does not make it easy!
