Are changes I make on bo affected when bricksync syncs bl and bo?

for example, I would like to add a pic to my item 671096-53. Will it be "erased" when bricksync syncs? thanks for your help

Custom lot pictures aren't monitored or affected by BrickSync, so that's not a problem.

Most other fields are synchronized though.
