Applying a coupon after the fact

Is there a proper way to apply a coupon (or a partial refund) in general to an order after it has been place ?

  • In "Other actions" you can select refund. Then set all the parts to "zero" and at the bottom, make sure you are not refunding shipment. Place the amount you want to refund under the box titled "Refund adjustment" (unless you do want to refund shipping)

    Or manually process the refund in PayPal/Stripe.

  • Thanks, I never noticed the "set to 0" button on the page. Makes things much easier.
