Propose add small order surcharge

I have gone back to no minimum order and no lot limit. However I have been bitten by a couple of (very) small orders - one for a single ¢10 part - which still has to go as a packet.

I do not wish to increase post rates to all, so a simple solution would be a small order surcharge

(say order under $1 attracts a ¢30 surcharge - this would cover the transaction fee charged by PayPal)

@admin If you would consider this I would suggest limiting the parameters to something close to the example

Create a new shipping method with a maximum amount of $1 that includes a surcharge. Set a minimum amount of $1 to your existing shipping methods.

As above. There should already be sufficient systems in place to work to your needs.

OK @Both I have learned yet another thing! Thank you. I was looking at the wording as being a warning not to use it like that when it says "you should not … " I don't recall the exact words.

Anywho another issue solved!
