Shipping Time to Hungary

Does anyone know the estimated ship time from the USA to Hungary? I have a customer asking about a package I shipped on February 3. Strangely, the USPS doesn't even have an acceptance scan for it.

    Longer then 4 weeks means normally theres something wrong with the shipment.

    After 5 weeks we consider a parcel lost, unless tracking states parcel is held up at customs or anything.

    The lack of acceptance scan is rather worrying, as if the package never entered the system to begin with. Is that a normal occurrence with USPS?

    I had that once for a package to Canada (no acceptance scan with USPS). The package did show up very late but was there eventually.

    I would be worried with zero scans.....sounds like it never even got into the system. Even if they did not scan it properly at the post office, every sort center it goes through it gets scanned and logged...so I'm afraid it never made it anywhere further than where you dropped it :(
