Create ability to set sale prices as base prices

On http://www.brickowl.com/mystore/inventory I'd like to have one of the update options as stated in the subject line. I know I can easily do this in BrickStock but that means extra steps are involved. I'd like to propose to have that function native to the Brickowl platform.
