Status buttons on the Shipping Quotes
Would it be possible to have Status Buttons on shipping quotes like we have in orders? I see it on the Outstanding Quotes page be see no way to actually adjust it so the customer knows we are processing it.
Because on Packaging orders it can take awhile to locate a box to ship the order, it would be nice to update this status so the customer can see that the status has changed to PROCESSING.
Right now I email each customer that I have to locate a box to ship the packaging in, but some customers still keep resubmitting the quote over and over. Makes me wonder if they are reading the messages I've send regarding how long it will take to get the shipping quote.
So can we have a Processing button on this Order/Quote page we can adjust or is there a way to change the Status from Pending to Processing that I don't know about...
